I'm also very curious as to what happened with Immortal Rain...volume 10 has just come out in Japan too, so I'm eager to know what Tokyopop is going to do about it. =/ It's gearing up towards the end too, from what I've seen in the comments on Amazon.jp. I wish Tokyopop would finish this series. =(

And about Twelve Kingdoms, it's just being released as the paperback version, and you can buy it from Amazon for the price it should be. =)

TP are torturing us with the lack of Immortal Rain. I've became an anti-tokyopop because of it. X_X
