Default Manga for the Kindle

Who would like to see manga on the Amazon Kindle? I think it would be awesome .

Considering there almost $400 no ones really gonna buy anything because the books are $9.99 a piece as well.

I agree with MangaKing. Why would someone buy a devise at $400 approx. to view manga that start at $7.99 and up to $12.99. It just would not pay for itself in my view.

Images on KINDLE are awful. I've tried creating content for it and the display can't handle the tones - it just looks bad. Also, you'd have to read it panel by panel because of the screen size--if you resize a page of established artwork that's a typical manga-size, it's unreadable. :/

If KINDLE'S new version can display bw images and color, it might work - publishers will just have to create mobile-manga for it's little screen.

Personally, I'm interested in seeing what SONY's new eReader can handle.

Kindle is way overpriced IMO, but Amazon still manages to sell tons so go figure. Besides, I'd rather have the physical book than some pdf file, especially if they're equal in price.

Manga on the Kindle can work great. Scanlations work very well. I used a program called Mangle and it works perfectly. Click here to read about some of my experience with it (and examples).

I have no affiliation with Mangle.
