I have the series, its pretty good, felt a little cut off at the end and as it came out in 98, I have given up hope of a continuation. You could check your local Anime vendor and see if they have it/could order it in for you.

I thought the series was alright. From all the positive things I had heard about it, I had set my expectations a little high and didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. But, the OVA however, is incredible!

I loved the anime of Hellsing. Even have one of those cool hollographic pics from it (through ordering them at Suncoast). I did loose interest in the manga by the time the sixth volume was out though. I enjoyed the anime better.

The first Hellsing OVA came out a little while ago, and you can find torrents for it here and there.

By the way, Hellsing is the best manga ever. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The anime could have been great, but was brought down by filler. Hellsing also has the best dub job I have ever heard.

I'll admit, when I first watched Hellsing I didn't expect to enjoy it, but I did. The only problem is that the anime ends.. abruptly, you could say and I'm far to lazy to get the manga to know what the real story is. The dubbed was amazing for, well, a dubbed.. since I see so many horrible ones. :(

I am a proud owner of the full Boxed set! I'm am also a long time lover of the Anime and Manga! I agree with the majority on the fact that it cuts off and leaves you wondering a lot of things... but that's also why their is a Manga version! It lets on to a whole lot more than the Anime!!!

I suggest you look at Best Buy, Fry's, Sam Goody's, SunCoast, or any store similar to those! Their's also the option of buying online! If your old enough or have parents consent!!:p

because hellsing ultimate is coming out they are re-releasing the set at a good price (amazon.com has it).

and yes i loved hellsing and can't wait for hellsing ultimate to come out i've seen some of it and it is AWSOME.

i was so happy to hear that it was going to longer then the last series. last i heard it was going to be at least 50 episodes and take over 2 years to release it all. i hope that geneon keeps the same voices for hellsing ultimate.

Freeman voiced for another character that I was amazed at...*searches* Found it! He did the voice of Straight Cougar in s-Cry-ed. I was amazed at how fast he could talk. I don't know how he was able to breathe.
