I'm pretty into '70s and '80s classic rock,so I have to say a really good rock band is definately Queen!They're my favorite!!!^_^

Mastadon is probably one of my favorite metal bands right now their drummer is awsome ... Megadeath is a great metal band if you like Metallica they are like Metallica but their songs are more complex which is good... If you like punk you need to listen to the original punk bands: Ramones, Sex Pistols, The Clash, Iggy Pop and the Stooges, etc... And the good post punk bands Circle Jerks, dead kennedys, misfits, and my favorite post punk band The Dead Boys.... If you like the White Stripes you should listen to the Black Keys they are simalar but at the same time completly different.... If you like alternataive.... listen to Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, and Pearl Jam... Theres a lot more I could reccomend...
