Well, if it's DVD in specific, it's Full Metal Alchemist: The Fall Of Ishbal DVD. Heh... which I bought around a month or two ago. :P I hate being poor with little money.

Otherwise, my first real buy was My Neighbour Totoro (that's like the 3rd time I've mentioned that movie already. XP), but that was a VHS, and I bought it when I was like... 9.

My first anime DVD purchase was RG Veda. I think. It was quite a while ago. As for my first anime purchase... I don't remember. After staring at all of my old tapes for a good five minutes, I came to the conclusion that it was (maybe) the Rayearth OAV. I remember staring in awe at all the anime on the shelf at a Media Play the first time I realized there was an anime section, then looking at Rayearth and thinking that it was too long, but oh look, the OAV (not that I knew that's what it was) was only three tapes long, that's better. It was either Rayearth or the Sailor Moon R movie. I think the first thing I ever ordered offline was the first Ah! My Goddess VHS. I remember being incredibly upset when a $25 VHS only had one episode on it. -_-
