I have to say I love her voice. I usually don't go for artists with a soft voices, but she's a definite exception. The one thing I love is she have an excellent vocal range! She studied Opera(I think) at a prestigious music university in Japan if I remember correctly.
Her English is pretty good also, she lived in England for a bit.
My favourite songs are Chouwa Oto~ with reflection, Field of love, Ai no Melody, Desperado, Sigh, Power of a smile, I Believe, and Remember the kiss.
