Favorite Album of 2006

The season finale episode of my Podcast No Borders No Race is coming soon; and I want to know what you thought was the best album of 2006 was (doesn't have to be just J-POP). I'll be reading off your responses on the December 12 episode, along with other responses from other sites.

If you want to respond I'd like to know why it's your favorite of '06 (not just a two-word response).

A matter of life and death by Iron maiden. Brilliant songs, great tunes, meaningful and philosophically lyrics, relevant to the times, need I go on?

Either the Killers new cd, Nightmare before Christmas remix cd, or the Otaku's dream first anime mix cd!

I'd go with the last one, definitely. Can't stop listening to all those awesome anime OP/ED themes!

B'z - MONSTER

Their 05 album wasn't all that great, but "MONSTER" more than made up for it. :D Second and third are SMAP's "Pop Up!" and Porno Graffitti's "m-CABI".

You guys wanna know what the best album of 2006 was? Keven Federline's debut!

LOL, just kidding, you guys can start breathing again.

I think the best album of 06 was also "Corinne Bailey Rae" her debut CD. She's a brilliant song writer with a beautiful voice.

And on a side note: Justin Timberlake's new album should die.
