but miyavi is a very talented guitarist, vocalist, not so much.
gackt has an amazing voice, and is quite multi-talented.

i have more gackt cds and posters than miyavi ones.. soo.. i guess i gotta pick a gackt~ lol

They're not incredibly different. Miyavi does about the same lightweight rock Gackt does when Gackt does it. The only difference is that Miyavi hasn't dipped into the poppy ballad kind of music (yet).

Reading those were the high-light of my day! I've never seen anything so hilarious before! Gackt having relations with his fangirls. xD I'm not sure if I believe it or not. I could see it happening, but then again it sounds like something out of a J-Drama.

I don't know if it's all surgery. I heard of these strange new procedures some Asian celebs go through to get whiter skin and bigger eyes, and a couple of Gackt's own fans said they were pretty sure he did some of them.

I don't really follow Gackt so I don't have a list of all the surgeries he's ever done, but just seeing some pics of him when he was younger and comparing them to how he looks now dictates that something isn't right. He looks like a completely different person...that went through unnatural changes.

I've heard soooo much about Gackt that I don't know what to believe about anything anymore.

I know that the sex scandal thing was settled. Gackt went public and said that it was false and the newspaper that posted it took the article out -- or like did something like that.

I've always really loved Gackt. At first I just thought he was hot. As time goes on, and my tastes change, I don't find him as physically attractive as I used to. But I still melt when I hear his voice. XD...

Eh. As far as his personality goes. I can't say much. I felt really bad for him after reading his personality. Which also helped me understand why he was such a silent and closed person.

Sometimes I like to think that he's just really misunderstood. But..other times I don't know. I don't want to judge him unless I actually meet him, get to know him, and see for myself. Which will probably never happen anyways.

Miyavi can used work singing. But as far as HIS personality goes. What I would give to be with him all the time. I already know he's a really nice and genuine guy. All my friends that have had any kind of contact with him only had nice things to say. >,>...Supposedly he's actually really shy.

Yes. I'm not ashamed to say I am mistaken. I just checked out a couple of his videos on youtube, and he doesn't scream or grunt. Instead of that he just tries to sound deep, sexy, and mysterious. Notice the word tries.

I like both Miyavi and Gackt, but out of the two, Gackt is my favorite. I like Gackt’s singing, music and personality as well as I appreciate his talent at playing multiple instruments. Miyavi’s singing isn’t particulary good to me but I find his voice has a certain visceral appeal, and I like some of his music. My only problem with Miyavi is that he acts to silly some of the time but otherwise I like him.

I noticed also that there was some talk about "air brushing". Air brushing is kind of a laymans term for digital imaging. Most photos you see in magazines and photo books have been digitally altered to some degree. With photoshop and training you someone can easily alter someones skin, hair ,and body shape the only real difficulty is doing it realistically ,inexperienced digital editors will often alter a photo untill the person no longer looks realistic.
