I have been waiting for this since Volume 2 of the origional Pet Shop of Horrors series. I was thrilled (read ECSTATIC dancing around the house calling all my friends and generally making a idiot of myself :p ) when I found out it actually existed, but I can find nothing on whether or not it is ever going to be translated into English.

Does anyone know if the New Pet Shop of Horros series is going to be translated into English? Does anyone know when? Does anyone know how many books there will be?

I've been told that there are currently two volumes of the new Pet Shop of Horrors series (though I've only seen one of them myself). I would absolutely love it if we were able to put it out, but that decision isn't mine to make. However, I've been bugging our licensing team about it since the day I first heard about it. They know it's out there, and they know there's interest in it, so you can take comfort in knowing that at least.

And while you're at it, take comfort in knowing that we're releasing not one, but TWO new Matsuri Akino titles in the near future: Genju no Seiza (which comes out in August) and Kamen Tantei (which we're releasing in September). Hopefully, that will be plenty to tide you over until the new Pet Shop of Horrors reaches our shores. :)

Sorry I'm actaully new here so if this isn't the right board I'll move.
I have read PSOH and thought they were wonderful books and heard about the sequel. But it's only in japanese and I can't read that! (Though I would like too)
Will Tokyopop release it in English? Please do, many people will buy it!

I would like to read more books by Matsuri Akino and will look forward to the new books coming out!

i have seen 4 volumes of the Japanese ones and I think thats the max so far, oh please Tokyopop REALEASE it!

*casts her vote in* I've been a fan of PSH for as long as I can remember (refuse to sell my Japanese copies, even though I have it all in english now thanks to TokyoPop!)
Would love to see the new series translated too :)

It's about time. I hope I can make it until February, but at least there's a definite date now!!
