Yeah. I agree about series made 'kid friendly'. I mean come on. If the show has weapons in it then it really isn't for kids anyway. (still upset about the version of Naruto on Cartoon Network)

Make the GOOD animes more available to the public. The few they show on TV usually aren't that great...
Some animes are really confusing too, if they were easier to understand I would like them more.

But if they put the GOOD anime out that means they will have to dub it. Unless a good company gets a hold of it, that means it will suck. XP

Oh yes, Mugen swings his sword, the guy screams, and no blood!! Exactly what do the kids think happened? I do wonder what goes through their heads; either they know and they're saying, 'this is stupid' or they're trying to figure out just what the hell is going on

I just remembered the first sub ep of Naruto, when Iruka got that remarcably big shuriken instead of Naruto. He was supposed to cough blood, and he only cough and Naruto was looking at him like "damn don't try to pass me that disease". Also the nosebledding, why is that wrong?

No more edits in any anime or manga sold in stores.
And manga-ka should be allowed longer deadlines. They tried that in Robot and allowed the artist to use color, the result was awesome.

longer deadlines would mean that it would take longer for the addicted fan to get the manga... i dont think that the manga world is ready for that... lol... the censoring should stop, and companies should stop just trying to make a profit and think about the quality of the product that they are puttin out into the pulblic...

The only way for the companies to do that is if we demonstrate that we want quality.

Who cares about One Piece, what about the horrible rectal violation of Naruto.
When is gonna stop??? The horror, the horror!!!!
(gotta have to stop watching those overly melodramatic mexican soap operas)

Of course, I always have dreamed with a censored free anime. However, some friends of mine told me that it is better than nothing. And this is sad but true

yes i sadly agree also...sometimes it seems the only way to have it uncensored is to watch the orignal, it also seems the only good thing is the manga and anime storyline, what matters is how they bring it out. yes i agree too, that it is sad what they've done with naruto, etc....but even then...

better DUBS
Or even better yet...NO MORE DUBS.
And I'd like to see the appearance of more meaningful anime/mangas coming out...right now there's a number of good series, but there's been more and more meaningless/plotless/harem type anime appearing everywhere. I mean...yes, it sells to the male population, but it's making it harder and harder to find a good series before it gets mainstreamed/licensed/etc.
AND FILLERS...*pokes all fillers to death*

Yes fillers *mumbles evil plots about killing the creators of fillers* I also hate when they totally change the order of the storyline. You are like this is a really good manga im gonna go watch th eAnime then.....what the heck is this even the same thing. /sigh/ that makes me sad
It has to be dubs for anime, instead of manga. For example for FMA I prefer the subs however I think the dubbed version is alright.

I don't really care if any of those things change. Right now, they're absolutely necessary for anime to survive in the US, even the quality bit. The better quality of animation, the more the animation company has to spend per episode, and the more expensive the series is generally. Besides, most anime coming out of Japan (that I've seen at least) has had very high quality animation, so asking for more would just be overkill.
As for the other three... Imagine if every US anime distribution company only released all of their series in Japanese with English subtitles, completely uncut. No dubs means no tv airtime, means a drastically smaller number of DVD sales. Even if a series like that got on the air, then if it had anything that didn't abide by a network's standards, then it wouldn't air unedited anyways. And if this happens, of course, 4kids would probably cease to exist, meaning there's no longer a large company spoonfeeding anime to the masses of small children (admitedly, for their own financial gain), meaning there would be an even smaller audience for every other anime company to sell too.

I feel that more TV companies need to dig up more material for their shows. I have enjoyed all the programming they have had so far.
