Just in the news. Britney and Kevin are getting a divorce. Nothing shocking there. It was only a matter of time before that happened. She's says she wants custody of the kids but no child support. No word yet on what he wants. It will probably wind up being a messy divorce.

Yea but still, losing half your money sucks. I bet this was all planned. Britney marries K-Fed, he gets popularity for 2 years, she gets 2 kids, then they divorce. It's not just celebrities. Nobody seems to take their wedding vows seriously now a days. I don't even see the point in getting married anymore, I mean to spend thousands of dollars on a wedding just to get divorced in 3 months, ridiculous!

Yea, it's just more sufficient to have girlfriends and break up with them. And maybe if your serious you can be roomies. I never really saw a point to marriage anyway :rolleyes: It may just be me, but sometimes you just need someone else, if you know what I mean. But I'm only 16, and virgin, so it doesn't matter coming from me.

I'm not surprised about the divorce. Saw it happening sooner or later. By the way, was this the longest she's ever had a husband so far?

And I really agree with you here. Weddings are such a big thing for the bride with the dress, bride's maids, cake and all. The groom doesn't really take part, and when the couple hits that first bump in the road after the first few months of marriage they realize it's not going to be like they expected it would.

I think its really crappy that he is on there. What is wrong with the WWE, I thought after the 90s was over with they were done with having celebrities being apart of the story line.

She's not that dumb, I'm sure she had good enough reason to get into the relationship. Perhaps publicity while she wanted the 3 year break from music? I mean come on, it's been almost 4 years since her last album and she's still pretty popular. Or just for the kids? She had her reasons, whatever they were, I'm pretty sure she wasn't just stupid enough to go with it.

Whaaat? She sure was. Any girl or guy who marries a lazy person with no ambition is asking for trouble. Not to mention K-Fed left his wife for Brit. Anyone who cheats on someone else to be with you will cheat on you. It's like that saying, "If they'll do it with you, they'll do it to you."

I never like britney to begin with, but I'm happy she's gotten rid of that ugly, gold-digging, white trash, wanna-be rapper...

He better go back to being a backup dancer, because that piece of crap album (as good as a coaster) bombed! Only 6400 album sales LOL! Not to mention the fact that Ticketmaster gave away his Chicago concert tickets for free. The prenup doesn't secure him for long either:

- K-Fed won’t touch a penny of Britney’s money. All the millions belonging to Britney will stay that way.
- The mansion will be divided 50/50.
- Any gift given worth over $10,000 will go back to the original purchaser. This includes a custom-built motorcycle Brit gave K-Fed for Christmas 2 years ago.
- She will still support him for a little while longer. Brit will pay Kevin $30,000 a month for the period of time that is half the length of their marriage.
- Spears won’t pay child support. Federline is still responsible for supporting his other two children with previous baby momma Shar Jackson.
at least Britney was kind enough to give that much

Britney already dropped the poor baby on his head. Or he fell out of his crib. Either way that shows a lack of attention. Oh, and there were pics of her trying to teach the baby how to drive.

What I could never figure out is why she wanted to marry that loser in the first place. From what I know of him, besides having two kids with Shar Jackson?, he was a back up dancer who lived with 5 or six other guys in a single bedroom apartment(happen to catch an episode of The Fabulous Life of... on VH1 not too long ago). Now's he up to four kids and still has nothing going for him.

She's not much of a catch either. At least she's toned down her slutty image some. But with all the prior incidents with the first child, she really shoudn't have custody of either children. If she does get custody of them, it just goes to show what's wrong with court system today.

I know I've been making fun of Britney quite a bit, but to be honest the kid will probably have a better life than all of us. If anything her baby will be spoiled rotten. Besides, Britney might not be the best mom in the world but that doesn't mean she's not a loving one, not to mention there has never been any evidence of Britney ever abusing or neglecting her baby. The worse thing that kid will have to go through is being stalked by the paparazzi and bombarded by crazed Britney Spears fans.

Thank you. I don't mind poking fun at at the stars, but its just nasty to infer she'll be a lousy mom when there's no evidence of that at all. I'm starting to feel bad for her...
