What is the best time for eating snack?

I never really "snack" cause my dad would like breath down your shoulder nad say DINNERS SOON!(even when it was like 1 PM) but if I do its at about 3. If I do it after I feel kinda sick when I eat dinner.

Of coooourse I like snacks more during the night. With a nice movie. But as far as health goes --- Snacks should be eaten in the morning. Because if you eat fatty foods in the morning, by the end of the day, your body will have burned it off.
