I have been trying to upload an mp3 of a song of mine.
It is under the limit and I used the Lame Encoder (using FooBar2000 to convert wma to mp3). Does TokyoPop require a different encoder? If so, what program should I use?
Thank you for any help!

If the file size is too big, I would lower the bitrate when you convert WMA to MP3. It will lower the song's quality but what else can you do.

Yes I know. But she said she used foobar2000 to convert WMA to MP3? Either way, I think you can always reencode the MP3 to a new MP3, when you do that, lower the bitrate in the program you're using.
Thank you for your advice, but I have already tried that.
I keep getting an 'only mp3's allowed' message. I even downloaded another program to convert to mp3. I tried converting at a 60 bitrate.
And a side note . . . I'm a guy, not that I mind what you call me. . . it is an online forum afterall.

Have you tried dbpoweramp? Do a Google search. It's a very fine program. I'm sure it can do WMA to MP3 or MP3 to MP3. Actually, I might think you need to download a plugin for the WMA but it's on their official site so look around. It's all free. :o The smaller bitrate here should work..
