"Send free magazine" box grayed out after address change?

Okay so since I moved houses I went to profile and edited my address and zip code.
Now the "send me tokyopop magazine" is grayed out and unchecked and it use to be checked, how do I select it again?

I'm sorry im nitpicking and bitching here but: this really belongs in Site issues right? One of the few TPF smart moves and it goes un-used T_T

Anyway, sorry I was no help but Im sure youll get a reply from a TPF mod sooner or later. And itll probably be something like 'We'll contact an admin' or 'you contact an admin' or a solution? :)
