I am sooooo in love with this manga, has anyone else on here read it? And if so what do you think about it? I wish it came out more often them every 6 months or so. But that's the only down side to it.

Ive read neck and neck. I think it is a wonderful not to mention funny story. my favorite character is Shihu. I like Shihu much better than Eugene. who would you chose?
yeah, I wished that it would be released like other mangas, every other month, but noooo, it waits for half a year or so. >_<

I've read the first two volumes of this series! I wasn't sure about it at first but I really liked it!

I never liked Eugene. Ick... But I did like Shihu from the moment I saw him. Maybe I have a thing for bad boys...?:cool:

Shihu is my favorite of the guys. He is way hotter and sweeter then Eugene. I hope that Dabin picks Shihu in the end! :D

Yay! I'm glad people are enjoying Neck and Neck. Of the shojo titles I edit, it's definitely my favorite. I know the wait between volumes is long, but it's because we've just about caught up to the Korean release. Since people seem to be wondering, there are six volumes out right now in Korea, and the series is ongoing. So don't worry, you have plenty more Neck and Neck to look forward to!

Volume 5 comes out in May, so it’s just around the corner. But Meowchi, if you like Shihu, you might be disappointed… ;)

I'll have to tell my friends about the next one coming out in May. For some reason I thought there were five volumes out already... I get so confused sometimes. XD

OH! And I just thought of something. One time, while I was on a school computer, I went to a bookstore website to see the release dates on stuff. I searched up Neck and Neck. I don't really understand why, but a book about some random dirty stuff came up. I got off that website pretty quickly, to say the least. XD

Oh I really like this manhwa and am always looking forward to the next one. I don't like Eugene (too goody goody). My favourite is Shihu! (heh, I like the bad boy types)

Awwwww, you shouldn't have said that about Shihu! Now I am going to be going crazy untill the next volume comes out! I hope that Dabin and Shihu end up together in the end. He really does seem like the much better guy between the two, I really hope that your warning was just for the next volume, and the series over all. :) Thanks again for the updates!!

It is fun! I really get a kick out of this story, and the art is awesome too! I don't think I could ever get tired of reading it. I just wish it was finished in Korea, so the volumes would come out quicker. :D

That blurb is a decent summary. It's a shojo comedy revolving around a love triangle that's a little part Romeo and Juliet, a little part GoodFellas and a little part Clueless. If you like romantic comedies, I'd encourage you to take a look.

Come to think if it, though, I'm not usually a big fan of romantic comedies, and I like it. So maybe you should take a look at it regardless of whether you like romantic comedies or not. :D

My friend borrowed volume one from the library once and i liked it so much that she bought me volumes one and two for christmas. I'm hoping to get volume three some time soon. (me and my friend convinced her little brother to get us white day presents. ;) he is a little late though) I enjoy reading it a lot because its pretty funny. Like Dabin's friend who is way in to romance. She's cute. And I have to say, I like Shihu a lot better than Eugene too. Maybe we've all got a secret bad boy complex? :cool:

Wow.... I didn't expect it to end so soon. Well at least I know that I only have two more volumes to go. :) I hope it has a good ending, I love this story and I really would like to see a great ending to keep it on par with the rest of the series. :) Oh BTW, since the series is done now is TP going to keep with the releases being so far apart or are they going to speed up a little? Sorry for all the questions. :)

We can't resist keeping you fans in suspense! (Haven't you learned that about us yet?) Volume 6 is scheduled for November. Volume 7 just came out in Korea and doesn't have a release date yet. However, keeping with the current schedule, look for it in early 2007.

Hi, this is my first reply! Although I have been to tokyopop.com before it wasn't until I was surfing the net, when I came across this message board so I decided to join. I happen to like Neck and Neck, but I understand if it's not someone's cup of tea. I happen to like it because of the tension between Dabin and Shihu and I want to see if they get together. Some volumes are not as eventful/interesting as others. My bookstore only had volume 2 so I had to special order all the other volumes (volume 3 and 4).I still haven't read volume 1...

I felt kind of stupid, but while I was browsing, before picking up the volume 4 that I ordered, there was volume 5! on the shelf, but I couldn't remember what volume I had ordered (it was volume 4) so I went home with only volume 4 and didn't realize it until later, so I had to go back the next day and buy volume 5! Let's just say I'm really bad with numbers and I have short-term memory. I swear I have seen these front covers before-(I think I'm suffering from delusions). I'm very excited about volume 6, for some reason I thought it would be the last volume....but I'm also happy that there is a volume 7. The only bad thing is the wait....
