2. Before making a new thread, use the search button. Before making a Chobits threads, type in the word 'Chobits', search, and see if one exists. Unless you are discussing a new aspect of Chobits, or asking a new question, don't make another thread that's exactly the same!
The threads that got locked were threads in the wrong place, repeats and one was just a question that got answered.
