ya sry if this has been asked but can anyone tell me why when i come to this site it all seems to be shifted down from like 1/3 of the page down?? any help would be wlecomed :D

happens to me when it gets to the old/large thread such as "the oldest game" under pop lounge. don't know why. happens @ home & work & school. anyway off to class. will see you guys in an hour maybe. lol

im using one thro msn and it happens to me on all of tokyopop pages

I get that too sometimes when I'm viewing art but after a few secons it goes normal

I dunno to much about MSN explorer, but I'm sure it's based on IE (since the're both from MS). IE seems to have a problem loading the TPF pages. Try using Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/) or Opera (http://www.opera.com/).

woah, I somewhat recall a whole discussion on this before in which a good portion of IE users all switched over to Firefox or Opera.
