Is it possible or will it be possible, to see this title come over here? I know its a 37 vol manga, but look at some of the manga that is out, there is lover 40+ volumes in some manga that is out. The series also has three novels, which would be nice to see translated. Would it be possible to have this come out?

It has been suggested from time to time. Who knows what the future might bring? It certainly wouldn't be anytime soon.

I figured that it wouldn't be anytime soon, but it is a great series, and who knows? It could bring in a lot of other people who don't really look at manga but play musical instruments, they might be interested because of all the musical references and characters named after instruments. But I shall hold out my hope for it! Thank you for your response though, I really apprechiate it.
