I wanna buy some CLAMP no Kiseki from Tokyopop but when I click "Buy It," I go to Rightstuf. I was wondering, how do I buy things? Can I use Paypal? Please help!

This help? ^_^
"Payment Methods
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. For security reasons, if you choose to pay by credit card we may contact you for additional information. Sorry, we can't accept American Express Gift cards or Internet Credit Cards at this time.
If you are paying by mail, we also accept money orders and domestic checks. Please make all checks and money orders payable to: The Right Stuf International, Inc.. Checks require at least 18 days to clear while money orders are treated as cash. No international checks, please.
Sorry, we cannot process COD shipments at this time.
Sorry, we no longer accept PayPal payments."
Money Orders can be obtained at most post offices and banks, often with no fees, or very small fees involved.

Erm, actually for online retailers, and retailers in general, RightStuf's pretty loose. There's some online retailers who don't take checks or money orders at all, leaving those without credit cards in the dust.
In the world of credit/financial matters, PayPal is very much so seen as sketchy by many larger companies. Also, MO/Checkcs/CC are far easier to process for larger buisnesses due to the the way PayPal operates.
There's not much simpler then getting a Money Order.... though I do find their Canadian consumer rules a bit complicated. Though I can see their reasons for it... it's their perogative. More often then not these kind of rules come about due to someone ripping off a company....
That said, there are lots of alternative webstores who carry TP's product [just not the RightStuf exclusive stuff]

Let's just say I buy from places less complicating than what was listed and leave it at that ;)

Pssh. Right Stuf is great! Super easy to use, reliable, and super-competitivw prices. No complaints here. I'm just sad I missed the Cardcaptor Sakura mega bundle.
