Please post error reports here. Any discussion not of errors will be moved to the other thread.
First up: The My Cat Loki volume 1 page has a GINORMOUS cover picture and no explanatory text. http://www.tokyopop.com/S-1714/1.html
I'm using Safari 1.3.2, and when I went to the Fool's Gold page http://www.tokyopop.com/S-1671/ , while it was loading, for a few seconds there were several paragraphs of text, but then everything but the first paragraph disappeared and I can't find a way to make it come back.

Many threads are cut like this in the forum. The cause of this is due to oversized pictures existing in at least one post in the thread.

I notice sometimes when I go and click" POP it" it seems to mimic over to my other pop history, hope that made sense. I'm using Firefox/1.5.0.4

There's a glitch in the vB Code List (http://messageboard.tokyopop.com/forums/misc.php?do=bbcode). When you click on any of the codes, it takes you back to the TP Message Board.

Probably completely not of concern to anyone but me, but after you post a comment the success message misspells "successfully." :D

You're unable to browse previous chapters of the manga serials because there't his huge "SUBMIT YOUR OWN @#$t MANGA" popup over anything that isn't the latest chapter. The page sdon't even load underneith it.

You're right Crispy. We're working on fixing that. Thanks for being a beta tester. ;)

It's working correctly. The message/image needs to be changed, but that's how the new set up will be working from now on. Only the latest chapter will be available for all. That's why there are tiny "P" icons next to the older chapters, with the mouse over tool text of "Premium Content."
It's not a bug or an error. It's a change. It has nothing to do with simply being logged in or not.

Premium content as in "pay us cash to get access to stuff" premium content?
They are working on details now. I'm not sure how it will work out. Just wanted to note it wasn't an error. It's in progress.

This misspelling is a bit more serious than the "Comment succesfully added" one - in the RSS feed, "Tokyopop" is misspelled as "Tokoyopop" - it's in the Title tags.
(I like the RSS feeds for the individual accounts - are there any plans to offer feeds of the features and columns?)
Should be corrected now...

Where is this exactly, now? Thanks.

I just got this weird error on one of my blog entries:
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y129/klawzie/weirderror.jpg
I was replying to Tim (beedlejuice) and my reply to him got put BEFORE his comment to me. As did my, "hey, weird!" comment. Obviously, I cannot go back in time and respond to something (twice) before I actually read it. o.o (OR CAN I?)
For reference, this (http://www.tokyopop.com/klawzie/blog/371.html) was the blog entry in question.

When you're here in the forum, the "Manga Serials" and "Books" links on the left navigation bar do not work. They point to pages on messageboard.TOKYOPOP.com instead of www.TOKYOPOP.com like they're supposed to.

I was just coming here to point out the same thing that klawzie is pointing out: that comments sort weirdly. In the comments on my latest manga column at http://www.tokyopop.com/263.html, the days sort correctly - they go in chronological order from earliest to latest - but the comments within the particular day are sorting by something else.
I just posted two comments there - one a response to JinChi, which is sorting correctly at the end of the comments, and then one after that to angelgurl67, which is sorting onto the previous page, before angelgurl67's comment.
(edit: I've seen this behavior elsewhere, too, but I can't remember where. Might have been in comments on a blog.)

On the front page, the individual links to the latest news articles in the lower right corner seem to have an extra "http://www.tokyopop.com/" in them; each link begins with "http://www.tokyopop.com/http://www.tokyopop.com/"
They still work though, though I'm not sure why.

When you're looking at the descriptions for various books, the white background stops part way and you can't see all the text underneath the cover image.
Also, volume 3 for I Luv Halloween says it's release date was 12/31/1969.

wow. 31 months in a year? That's awful.
When you're looking at the descriptions for various books, the white background stops part way and you can't see all the text underneath the cover image.
Also, volume 3 for I Luv Halloween says it's release date was 12/31/1969.
I'll see what can be done about the date. It's coding conflict.
As for background not showing up, we haven't seen that error here, but if you can take a screenshot that would help. Also, the type of browser you are using, the version number and also your OS is very helpful to know in trying to fix stuff.
Thanks.

This got fixed before, but now it's broken again. :)

Everytime I go to read any of the manga serials it opens the player but will not show anything except some message about V.I.P membership coming soon. I've checked in the news and cant find anything, what's going on? Are we gonna have to start paying to read the serials? If so I'm gonna stop coming here, as it is the new site is aggrivating and much more trouble then it's worth.

I'm not sure what is happening but I'm pretty sure the V.I.P. option won't involve having to pay for using it. I'm thinking more of the line of being a active member of TOKYOPOP to use the option but I guess we'll wait and see ;)

The Fool's Gold info page mentions what is happening in Volume 2, not Volume 1.

There's page loading/viewing issues for people viewing the site in IE 6. Instead of the page loading next to the nav bar, it loads below it, and then part of the left side of the page is cut off. It has to be a browser-related issue because I've tried it on my own computer, and the computer of a friend (and the only similiarity is the browser).
Edit:
Still loading/viewing as already noted.

I've been having trouble posting music for some reason. I've been getting an error, even though the files are appropriate size and are in mp3 format. The error says "application/octet-stream Only MP3 files are permitted". Can anyone tell me what this means, and how to avoid the error?
