can i use a A4 paper and just draw the manga in then safety zone, do i need to draw the trim and bleed?
anyone can tell me~thanks~

You could technically do everything inside the safety zone, but then you wouldn't be able to use any effects that go off the page if you don't take into account the bleed and trim.

No, no! O_O! Don't draw only in the safety zone! You'll get an ugly white area around your manga and believe me, it looks hoooooorrible...*knows from experience*

I don't think that A4 paper even matches the dimensions of TP pages.

It might be a good idea to work only in the safety zone as an exercise in discipline and storytelling without the luxuries of being able to bleed off the page. If you're more confortable that way, I say go for it. Also means you have less space to cover and can complete a page faster.
I don't think you need to indicate the trim or bleed 'lines' when you submit the story.
