If anyone here's watched Mushishi they can tell you that apart from the animation, one of the most amazing things about it is its ending themes; they're quite strange: a mixture of Chinese and Japanese instrumentals. Every one's different, and they're all just fantastic.

Another favourite is the OP to Azumanga Daioh - it's pure crack. And also, yes, I know it's cheesy and everyone chooses it, but I kind of love the opening theme for Fruits Basket. Ahem. >_>
