Hey all. I guess this is the best board for it, since it is about anime.

Who here writes fanfiction? If you do, what series do you write about and what are your favorite pairings to write?

^_^

I don't know how old most people are here, but one that's for older teens that's done from the Inuyasha series that has to be THE best, is called
House of the Moon.
It's listed HERE (http://www.mediaminer.org/fanfic/view_st.php/87559/1).
I don't have much time to read fanfic (very busy), but this is SO amazing!!
And no, it's Not by me:p

I write fanfics often, though I tend to mix characters up from different anime and video game series >_>;

I write a few fics. I have two that I am working on somewhat currently, Rose Petal's and Shi Saisei. Rose Petal's is a Gravitation fic set 10 years after the manga and is based around Michael Winchester ^^ Shi Saisei is set a lot of years after Fushigi Yugi and revolves around Mayo's son with Miaka's brother, Miaka and Taka's kid and a lot of other things. But all of them can be found under my FF.net name of Michael Winchester

I write fanfiction (see my sig). I mostly write Yu Yu Hakusho though I do have a Fruits Basket one-shot under my belt. Non-anime, I also write some Harry Potter. I want to extend the series that I write for, but I don't want to write something that doesn't do justice to the universe I'm trying to work with. Thus, I stick with the series that I feel I know the best and can capture.

Yeah, I write, but I haven't finished anything for a while. Almost a year ago,(Which was my last fic I finished), I wrote mostly Tokyo Mew Mew with slight to mild InuYasha crossovers. My main pairing back then was Kish x Ichigo. Now I'm trying to finish my DNAngel fanfic and the pairing is Daisuke x Mio.
I'm also working on a onshot Slayers/Tokyo Mew Mew fic called Mew Amelia, but I'm really wanting to start on my Naruto fanfic. It's going to be a Temari/Shikamru/Ino fic. (Most likely at least.) My genre is usually comedy, but I'm going to try and make my Naruto fic more serious and dramatic. ^^;;

I'v written a few, not that i'd be able to remember them.

I'v done a Tokyo Mew Mew one, and i did a .hack// one, and other taht i cannot remember because they were written too long ago for my tiny brain to remember.

I'm also currently writing something i made up (so it's more like a story) called "Blood Relations."

I'm an avid fanfic writer. I'm working on my 7th right now. I've written for Inuyasha, Witch Hunter Robin, Hellsing, and Initial D. In fact, I have a fanfic series that crosses over all of those together. The Hunting Dogs series on Fanfiction.net. I plan to include a few others in the future too, including Cardcaptor Sakura and Nightwalker. Read to find out how I connect them all. It's really very imaginative if I do say so myself.

Fanfic. I really appreciate those who take their time to do it, but I do not see myself writing a fanfic, I prefer to write other things like reviews and various articles for my site.

Well, I'm a writer and if you'd like to check any of meh works out, the penname on FF.net is michelaski. So far, I've got a Yugioh(embarassing...I think) and a FMA one that I'm working really hard on.

I write a lot of fanfiction! Most of it drabbles (stories of 100 words) of DBZ. I've also written short stories of DBZ and YuYuHakusho on mediaminer.org, and am working on some from Inuyasha, Cowboy Bebop, Saiyuki, and Land of the Blindfolded. Seems I'm always working on something!

I write on fanfiction. I have it listed below as you can see in my signature; if you go there I just started on my first fanfic. The title is Daisuke meets the Sohmas.
It is a Fruba/ D.N.Angel crossover.

I write fanfiction on FF.net too. It's the same username. So far all I've been writing are CCS fics. I write SxS fics, they're the sweetest couple. I'd like to broaden my character selection too but I still have around 10 that I still have to finish. It's really bad. I'm such a slacker. I'm good at starting just really bad at finishing.

my fanfic is not finish or anything but it is on the 1st chapter and Daisuke doesn't meet them till chapter 2 which I am writing in between Tokyopop Message boards, both fanfiction.net and Tokypop message boards are addictive, I barley written anything yesterday only 500 words I was able to put in to chapter two (it is over 2000 words and it is not even on the 1st day of 3 I planed for this chapter), I was spending all my time here. Well I got to get cracking to make that deadline that I set for my self.

I never meet my deadlines. I planned to finish Hunting Dogs 4 by the end of 2005 and here it is March and still nothing beyond chapter 13. I just can't buckle down... *sigh*

>>; I write fan fiction ALL THE TIME, because while my art sucks, my writing isn't all that bad, I think. Usually it'll be for Prince of Tennis, more than often Shishido/Ohtori or something to deal with Jirou or Yuuta. I write Kurogane/Fai for Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle quite a bit as well. Most of my stuff ends up as "HIATUS" or "ONE-SHOT" though, which is slightly annoying... ^^;

I read other's fan fiction constantly as well. My favorite at the moment is "Jealousy" by miko_no_da on Live Journal. It's Shishido/Ohtori, Prince of Tennis, 21 chapters long, and reaches NC-17 at points, so beware of that~

There's also the Prince of Tennis classic series, which I think EVERY Prince of Tennis, Hyoutei, fan has read. The Hyoutei Roommates Arc by tiamatv at sinsofwill on Live Journal. The only times where it's NC-17 is in the side stories, and there are just three of those, while there are 18 normal stories. All are long, and most have two or three parts. Pairings are Atobe/Jirou, Oshitari/Mukahi, Shishido/Ohtori, Hiyoshi/OC. Also, this series is very complicated reading, so you might get confused every once in a while. It's easy to read for me now, but the first time I tried I gave up half way through. ^^; It's in English, but there's a hella' lot of Japanese everywhere you look. And mild- sometimes not so mild- cursing and naughty thoughts at times which don't quite make the R rating, but are getting up there. Beware, beware~

Yeah, I write fanfiction occasionally. ^^; It's mostly YGO (-ducks-) and really obscure pairings. I'm hooked on femmeslash for that fandom, but it's really hard to find material on it because of the plethora of guys in the show...>>;

I've also written for .hack and YYH, and wrote two one-shots for Gunslinger Girl and Haibane-Renmei. I'd love to write for Utena, but I haven't motivated myself to put anything down yet.

"i found you" throwing the bed across the room.
"a it's a monster" she now got mad (anime mad sing)
"i dont like you Mimi." now dragging my to my computer.
"you need to work you are behind, you know what i do when your late"
she is made there id fire in her eyes

well i better up date soon my fanfic or i am dead. i am thinking chapter 2 will not have 3 days that go by, only 1 day and 1 night, but that will show people that i am working on it and that Daisuke is with the sohmas now.

The best board for fanfics would probably be "Share your Manga" Seeing as to if you write a fanfic, it's probably about an anime.

As much as I'd like to, I'm really not good at writing fanfic for the fandoms I'm in, like HOLiC and FMA - I write fic for myself, but that's generally for short manga one-shots I've found in random scanlation-trawls, like Mori Kaoru's Violet Blossoms. I wouldn't post any of them, but that's alright because I doubt there's anyone who'd actually read them anyway. :D

I write, but I haven't written a fanfic in over 2 years. All of them are shounen-ai/yaoi. The last one I wrote was a Gundam Wing fic, with a 1x2, 3x4, 5x6x13 pairing. (if you've read gundam wing fics before, you know what i'm talking about.) I personally don't think it was very good.
Though since I've recently become addicted to Saiyuki, I've started a new one with a Gojyo/Hakkai pairing. Again, I don't think the quality of the writing is very good.

I write Sailor Moon fanfiction. Well, mostly 1 Sailor Moon fanfiction, my Moon Senshi fanfic (which, yes, is an Otaku Senshi fic....please don't whack me...) it's also very long, but if anyone wants to check it out, the link is on the banner in my sig (http://www.moonsenshi.net) It's probably about a PG-13. I get pretty good reviews on fanfiction.net (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/203862/ , for those of you who prefer fanfiction.net ...). I like to think my fanfic is pretty good, at least for a fanfic, but that's my ego talking.

I wish that I could have some kinda headphones that took what I thought and put it on paper or something cause I can finish chapters in my head while laying around but for some reason i can't make myself write it down or type it *such time involved!!!* But now that i've played them in my head so many times they are there if i ever do feel like giving myself finger cramps.

I only think of ideas while I'm laying in bed too. And I have a laptop but usually the lights are out and such and I'm laying there with my eyes closed so like I said I just have to replay in my head until I remember so I can write it down later....way later.

I have an email buddy who can only write when she's depressed. I write my best stuff when I'm angry. That's when I have the most energy. Plotting, of course, is different. Usually when I start writing a fic, I already have it plotted out in my head. It's all a matter of sitting down and typing it.

I don't know how you guys can only write when you're upset! I'm just the opposite. There is no way I can write when I have something else on my mind. I write the best when I'm in a good mood, and when I have few distractions. Most of my best writing comes out of sitting in the school computer labs, because unlike at home, there aren't a ton of manga sitting on the shelf to distract me. ;-P

I am a horrible, horrible, terrible fanfiction addict. It all started in August of 2002 at the tender age of 13... ;_; lol. Anyway, yes, I love fanfiction to bits. I read more than I write...because I hate my writing. I'm so embarrassed by it, I won't even post the link..lol. I love angst and drama. I mainly read and Cardcaptor Sakura but I've taken a year-long break.
