Has anyone else seen this series? I've only just dicovered it today and I'm currently watching episode five online. I'm already completely hooked.

I haven't seen the anime, but I've read the entire manga series. I've heard that they cut a bunch of my favorite characters out of the anime. (Like Shuro, who was only able to get in one episode, from what I've heard. T_T)

I've only seen like 7 or 8 different characters so far and I still can't remember half the people's names except for Tooya, Aya, and Aki... I suck with names... Anyways if you want to watch the anime here's a link.

I watched about 5 or 6 episodes too by now. The anime is ok, but Tooya sometime looks weird in the anime (his jaw is weird, though maybe that's just me :o ).

The anime pretty much followed the flow of the manga though. There were probably a few things different but overall everything was close to the same thing. Except the ending which <spoiler>Tooya was no longer alive</spoiler>

I really like the manga, love the manga actually. Love everything I've ever picked up by Yuu Watase. I haven't started the anime yet, but I plan too!

I recommand you just stick with the manga, unless you really are dying to see the whole thing in action. It's pretty much same as manga, just now you see them moving for real. XP I don't like Tooya's look in there though. ^^;

As funny as that was, the story line wasn't THAT bad. XD It's the typical Yuu Watase plotlines...and I happen to like them! XP

Actually Aya is a lot different from Miaka (IMO). So they don't go "Touya~" "Aya~" and stuff. ^^; Thank gosh! You know the only thing my mom remembers from me watching FY? "Tamahome~!" "Miaka~!" "Tamahome~!" "Miaka~!" XD; Pretty pathetic, but loved the series nonetheless.

I haven't read the manga yet. ><; Downloaded it, just need to find time...

Yeah Shuro's there only at the end. Like, "WTF a new character suddenly appeared?! Why bother, there's only 2 episodes left! o.O;". XD; I thought that they should've just not showed the character at all, since it was so thrown-together and stuff...

But I loved the AnC anime still. ^^ My fave was Chidori! *cries* And Yuuhi was awesome.

I have all the manga and DVD's of Ayashi No Ceres. It's was a really good series. My favorite character was Yuuhi also. He was funny, and I liked his choice of weapon.

<3 for all things Watase~! xD ; I loved the manga version of this series... Not so hot on the anime (The voices drove me KER-RAZY~~!), although the animation was good and it stayed (fairly) true to the manga. =3 ; Watase-sensei always has such lovely love triangles intertwined in her lovely works. >3 ; KEEPS ME HOOKED 'TIL THE END~! Anyways - I'd definitely recommend it. It's an awesome series to check out, both anime and manga, especially for shoujo and hardcore bishie fans. <3!

I totally agree! Yuu Watase San's Anime And Manga's are the Best! Right now I'm waiting for Absolute boyfriend and Fushgi yuugi Genbu Gaiden To Come out ^_^

I reckon Ayashi No ceres is good. Interesing and... very...ARGH!! dunno how to explain it but it's good!^^ Take form my point of view but, very emotional and yes.....
i'd give ummm... 9 out of 10! LOL. Oh and very nice to meet you all. It's a pleasure to bepart of this site!

I've seen this anime...I thought it was okay. I thought that it wasn't the best Yuu Watase created but it is still good. I like Fushigi Yuugi better though...Though the manga may be different from the anime. I wouldn't mind reading the manga to get more details..
