I don't have so much artistic skill... so I'm considering to buy the power templates.There's Manga Studio Debut and EX. Is it necessary to buy both? What's the difference?

MS Ex is professional verion. Both program is working the same. But in EX, it got more feature then debut version. Like 3D import, pre-make word balloon, and more tones, etc. If you're just learning how to draw, I think Debut will work better for you. The power templates can also help you to draw.
