Curve Tool Issue

I recently discovered that when I draw an extreme curve it doesn't come out smooth. It comes out choppy. Should I switch and draw my curves in Illustrator? Any suggestions?

To get a smooth curve line, there are two ways.

Use curve line tool with vector layer. After drawing the line, use line smoother tool option to correct the choopy angle area.

Use ruler layer, and make a curve ruler templet, then draw the line in raster layer (if you have debut version), or draw the line in vector layer (for Ex version.) Curve line using ruler templet will give you smoother then the curve line tool.:)
