Well, its not that, its just a lot of Manga do have lots and lots of violence/fighting, especially the ones that are the most popular. Those are the ones that are seen by most non-otaku. Like Dragonball Z has lots of fighting and Love Hina has scantily clad women. These two are arguably well-known manga by the general public.

Background:
Duzell is the the once powerfull Vampire King. He was reincarnated though as a cat, and lives with one of his arch rivals decendents as they hunt down whoever his rival was reincarnated as.
Ishtar is one of very few who knows who Duzell's, (or Duzie for short,) true identity and cares for him like a best friend. She is also the future Queen but is most known for running away so her body guard has to find her.

At this point she's mad because she was left behind and is sneaking out. (I should mention now that everyone in the Royal family is trained from a young age in the art and use of white magic, and Duzie can use Black, or Blood Magic.) So picture a princes climbing down from a balcony on a rope and a cat over one arm.
