The Gatekeepers (and the lie!)

I bought the only two volumes of Gatekeepers a bit after they came out. It's changed now, but on the page you have for it on the website, there were clearly 7 volumes(only the first 2 were clickable though). I emailed Tokyopop about when the next volumes would come out. The person who responded to me said 1 and 2 were all that were ever made, there was no 3-7. I found out recently that that is untrue.
So what really happened?Why did they stop releasing it(and why the lie:mad:)?

I doubt that anyone at TP would intentionally lie. I would assume they just had the wrong information in front of them - assuming that your information to the contrary is correct.

The lie thing was kind of a joke..but I'm just curious as to why they stopped. Bad sales??

I just checked our licensing database and it only shows two volumes. I can't speak to how many exist in Japan but we could have simply made an error in our database by setting it to 7 and corrected it. The licensing database feeds our website so this would have

Thanks anyway. Just curious. Maybe I was wrong about the 7 volumes, since it's kinda hard to find any information about it.
