Hello, all, and welcome to Rednal's Response. The purpose of this thread is to tell the editors of Tokyopop exactly what they did wrong and what they did right on volumes of manga that I choose, and will be updated pretty much whenever I get a new volume of Tokyopop manga (usually once a month, but if I get more volumes, it will be faster).

I would be glad to see other users' opinions on whatever I post, but there are a few rules I would appreciate you following:

1. If you are not a Mod/Admin/Actual Editor at Tokyopop, please do NOT discuss a previously mentioned manga volume after I post up my review of a new one. Post only about the most recent. If you still have comments, PM me. That's what the PM system is for.
2. Expect me to be as blunt as possible. I will be going on a page-by-page basis, making a note of absolutely anything I see sticking out, good OR bad. The purpose of this thread is to find mistakes, so they are not made again, and successes, which can be repeated properly.
3. Don't whine if I don't do a book you were hoping for. You CAN ask me for particular volumes of a series (please, though, not the whole series unless it's only 3 volumes or so), but I will be doing things based on what I have available.
4. Be nice to the other users.
5. Excluding things such as rule violations, which are the Mod's domain, this is my thread. Please do as I ask. If I ask you to leave, then leave. If I ask you to stay on topic, then please, do so.
6. Remember. This is updated sporadically, and may go for one day or one month without a new review. Capisce?

SCHEDULED REVIEWS:
Chibi Vampire Volume 1: Mid-April
DearS Volume 6: Mid-April

Table of Contents:
The Table of Contents is where you can look for previously reviewed volumes to find the page and post they are on. This is updated for your convinience, and is ordered alphabetically by series and the numerically by volume, if multi-volume.

Excuse me, but what makes you an authority? You are much more likely to have some sort of positive impact if you phrase things in a less threatening manner.

If there are mistakes in our books, we would be quite happy to hear about them (assuming we don't already know about them) so that they may be corrected in future reprints. However, you must recognise that some things are choices and differences of interpretation rather than mistakes, and you are not the ultimate arbiter of the best way to publish these books in English.

Until you actually have something to say (Mid-April?), don't make a thread. Also, make separate threads for each topic: i.e. each book you are ASKING QUESTIONS about (see forum title).

Thank you very much!
