View Full Version : Any thoughts on a decent printer for submissions???

I think my problem ultimately would be the 8.5"x11" format for pitching a submission. I don't think there's any great printer services around where I live. I could go for printing with my own printer which produces good, quality prints, though the size i would get would be 8.2"x11" as it's an A4 printer.

Any suggestions?

Why don't you try out a Copymax or Kinko's? They'll be able to print out what every you need at whatever size you need for a pretty low price.

Go to a good printing company. A good company gives you a good quality and at the format you want. I dont live in america but i'm a trainee at a company here and we can print almost every size and paper. And the more quality you want the more you have to pay ofcourse..

Im from Scotland though. I'm sure there's probably some places in Glasgow or Edinburgh, but I wouldnt know where to look. Is there any companys that I can send my stuff to via CD or something and they'll send me back the required prints that I'm after by post? (after payment of course)

Your question about size is answered here. (http://messageboard.tokyopop.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1147) Basically, A4 is just fine.
