The subject is simple: Name a Anime or Manga and make a list of what ever "wisdom" has left in you.
Have Fun ;)
From Full Metal Panic Fumoffu i learn:
1. The more efficient way to deal with unrequired love letters is to make it blow (and for anything else too XD ).
2. Unnecesary violence can be a peacefull way to end fights
3. Be scare of a girl with a fan
4. Beware of unnatended food
5. Soemhow a fully armed "Bunta" still looks cute XD

Hmmm... *thoughtful* In general:
1. Never underestimate short people.
2. Beware the rabid fangirls/boys.
3. When all else fails, try something incredibly stupid, it just might work. ^^

hmmm. things I learned from anime? lets see...well, i have nothing to do for a while, might as well sit here and think up what i can. hmmm....here goes!
1. If you meet someone, who is really cute, watch out, they're either evil, or VERRRRY hyper....but thats a good thing sometimes =^.^=
2. Pocky Solves everything
3. Catgirls are always hot
4. so are Catboys.... <<; >>;
5. Yaoi and Yuri rule. <<; >>; ^_^;;;
6. all dragonball Z episodes must consist of beating the hell out of each other for about 40 episodes, until finally someone dies, or cartoon network decides to be stupid and re-air everything AGAIN about 2 episodes before the big finale >< (dont ya just HATE that?)
7. Don't make short people angry. theyre just the right height to punch you where it counts. (sorry ed)
8. Stay AWAY from ANYTHING with tentacles. (KILL IT WITH FIRE!)
um.... yea. That's all I got for now. I'm half asleep, and JUST joined these forums (first post) yes, I am a n00b (newb, whatever).

anime/manga taught me...
Its always the quite ones and that People come in all shapes, sizes and colors so discrimination is pointless (a not so Ha-ha lesson)
It also taught me to think outside the box and beyond the 'norm'

hmmm....I think anime had taught me to become more natural and open to others...for some reason! And it also taught me that anything's possible if you believe~ ;)

Let's see...
From Strawberry Eggs I learned crossdressing is perfectly fine so long as you remember the heavy duty underwear.
From Gunslinger girl I learned the meaning of "gelato" (though not the significance of eating it in the Piazza di Spagna).
From lain I learned that we'd all be better off on accela.
And from chrono crusade I learned that it's so worth giving up a bit of your life fr the privilege of hanging out with a super cute demon.

Sadly anime, manga and robotics have taught me the same thing. NEVER piss off one of your female friends if you want to live to the next day. Unless you have mad healing powers. :-)
And From Love Hina I learned Girls Hit HARD!!!
From Full Metal Panic when in doubt Blow up half the school to nutrilize any bomb!
i've learned ....
1) only in anime/manga there are good guys... there's none left in this world.. if there is, they're taken
2) they give me knowledge for geography, history, and mythology
3) my life is miserable compared to the ppl in anime or manga..

Anime has taught me that if my eyes take up 85% of my brain space, I won't have any room with which to think.

What I learned from Ranma...
If you're going to have a serious conversation that you don't want interupted, lock the doors, bar the windows and check under the floorboards first. People can hide anywhere regardless of how they got there.
What I learned from anime in general...
Never trust the sweetest person you meet. They're likely the one who will be holding you at gunpoint/ swordpoint five minutes from now.
ANYTHING is possible. Even if you don't believe in it.
If you stubbornly believe that something is impossible, the cosmos will turn against you make you a liar.
The best armor a girl can have is the shortest skirt and a shirt that's almost ripped completely off.
Don't insult cute, cuddly creatures... They bite...hard...
And finally, the best hero is bipolar, loud, obnoxious, crude, gluttonous, anti-social, stuck up, perverted, or has serious mental health issues.... Or any combination of traits that in real life would be extremely annoying...

Excel Saga:
A series needs no plot to become popular and lovable.
Mouse + Ikki Tousen:
Guilty pleasures are good.
Last Exile:
Serious animes are just as good, if not better than a lot of comedies.
RahXephon:
Persistance is a virtue.
Kiddy Grade:
Patience is also necessary to watch one of the greatest series of all time.

Actually, I don't mean to be cheesy but from manga, especially Furuba, does anyone get lessons from Tohru..? Not like. Literally take-it-to-heart kind of things but she's always so fsckin'.. optimistic, and I'm the biggest pessimist ever but I find myself thinking about things that she says, and I don't know why lol her and lots of other characters.
Does anyone else think like that or is it just my dumb ass? O_o;
PS: It doesn't teach me to draw, just makes me realise how much I can't. lol

Fruits Basket
Run away from people that catch you trespassing. They may adopt you into the family! Or they may be axe-murderers.
I love crossdressing males with a passion.
Yu-Gi-Oh!
Multiple personalities are fun!
Loveless
With the right characters, both sexes can learn to appreciate shounen and shoujo-ai!
Shounen-Ai in General
I like gay guys. Yeah, that's what I learned. >.>;;

from my friend Mandy:
1. All hot guys are gay ><
'tis a pity indeed :(.
i've learned:
1) to not throw those toy pokeballs at cars
2) to realise walking on water increases risk of drowning
3) that you can really make bread that tastes like rice
4) i can do... stuff.

Oh, yes... Tohru...
Tohru teaches us many things. She is very optimistic, and I do try to take some of the things she says to heart (Live your life boldly...! Don't put yourself down!).
She's a good girl.

Anime isn't something like some American silly cartoon. It actually has lessons that you can apply to your life.
Fruits Basket - Now I've learned so much on this since one of its themes is a slice of life. INCLUDING: 1). It's better to look at the benefit of the doubt. 2). Be happy with life because believe me it could be worse. 3). Life can be a jerk sometimes. But hang in there! (As Tohru would say.)
Elfen Lied & Ceres: No matter how much power one species/celestial maiden has, humans always manage to put them in misery. BASICALLY, humans really are the strongest.

1. A weapon's size and weight is irrelevant. If you're a main character, you can wield anything.
2. The aesthetic difference between yaoi and yuri is apparent only once clothes have been removed.(Which has lead to some mental scarring.)

confidential confessions-
even when things are down, and you want to make a point, siucide isn't an option, things may not get better after you die, if you're alive at least you have a chance o prove yourself or stop the bad things that happen, but if you're dead before you do that, everything will just fall apart for everyone that cares about you<3
