The Fair ist every Year in March and you can look about ist on:

Every Year come many Popular Mangaka to Leipzig.
2004: Akira Toriyama
2005: Ms. EMURA and Kazuki Takahashi
2006: Kaori Yuki and Arina Tanemura
and many more Mangaka, most of them are German but many of her books are in your Country at the moment only Yonen Buzz.
