Borrowed a copy of the game and just started playing ... and WOOOW, it's abosolutly amazing... the realism, graphics, everything...
rated 8.2 on Gamespot

I just played a demo with the first level and couldn't even figure that out, so I didn't buy the game, though it looks very awesome. :D

Colossus plays much like Ico did, in that the game reveals itself the way it would if you, the player, were suddenly thrust into an adventure. The graphics are beautiful, but that damn horse...why do I have a hard time controlling him XD

A must buy for PS2, it have the best graphics for PS2 (on second and very close is ICO), the game have a wonderful story, too bad is kind of short.

Actualy there is something, I dont know if it is another ending but i know there is something about a garden on top of the ruins were the girl is.

I really like this game, but it's more fun watching my brother play it then me actually playing it myself.

You see my brother didn't realize at first what the object of the game was, and when he saw his opponent he started freaking out, screamng and spazing all over the screen. Then everytime he managed to land a blow his girlfriend would start screaming at him because she thought the colossi was cute.

I got this game for Christmas and I still havent opened it. I seems really awesome though. I just have so many other games im playing i havent gotten around to it. haha.

This game looks really neat, and I enjoyed it, until I got to the first colossi. Then I, like Kurapika's brother, freaked out. I have issues with giants. They are too intense for me. All I can see is their feet coming at me. I am seriously pathetic.

My son has this game, but playing it got put on hold when he got Colleseum (?sp). He loves the whole ancient realm stuff.

Ah... the beauty... After playing the demo, it's hard not to be impressed. I bought the game yesterday, finally (well I didn't actually get it, someone got it for me :) ).

SotC is a fantastic game!
but is kinda short though..i think i used 9-10 hours.

It took me 3 days: Christmas day, & 2 days later. I understood it. It was before ICO. This is how ICO came into being. I tried to understand the ending, but all I have is pieces of a broken memory.........

That's one reason why I didn't get it. I read that the control was difficult, and the camera angle could be a pain in the ass. Normally, camera angle doesn't influence me too much, but in a game like that, it seems like it's really important.

The other thing was the lack of anything else in the game. Had their been some npc's, maybe a village or two, and some side quests, I might have bought it. I still might buy it when the price drops, but it's not at the top of my list.

I loved shadow of the colossus it was such a wicked game. I heard there was a alternative ending as well. There is a secret colossus at the top of the temple but you have to go round and collect all the fruit and white tailed lizards so your stamina is high enough to get to the top of the temple. Not sure if its true though I did try it but those white tailed lizards are so hard to catch!!:p

X3 Highly recommend this game. It will always be one of my top 10.
It's interesting how the music in the game has a great influence while playing. It's definatly a must have!
