Not only is his hair ridiculous, he's descended from a long line of racists who loved colonizing their neighbors.
And he's in George Bush's pocket. I hope he gets voted out of office and then censured for being a douche.

Personal dig. I don't think someone's HAIR has too much to do with their personality.

...because he's Japanese? People a long time ago did lots of things we don't consider correct today, but they were correct, normal or expected at the time.

I don't personally like Koizumi, but it's because I don't really like his foreign policy.
