I`ve made fan stories of a series and wanted to share links to the chapters of them. Does the TokyoPop forum allow that? I know they do for art but I`m not sure about the stories.

The 'Share Your Manga' sub-forum is generally used for story descriptions for manga however not usually for a story itself. The 'Pop Lounge' is for general stuff that doesn't fit the criteria of the other sub-forums.

Most people use the TOKYOPOP main site and its functions to do stories and series and chapters and then provide links to them. I am currently writing such a story (Legacies United) in the main site and use my signature to link to my blog and main site account. Perhaps this may be your best bet ;)
