Samurai Champloo game?

I just saw an add in this months Shonen Jump for a samurai Champloo game, and I want to know, Who is this mysterious third character, and how will he balance out against Jin and Mugen? Where in the Champloo storyline does this "Sidetracked" game fit? How High should I allow my hopes to get?

That's going to be cool, the Samurai Champloo game. I hope that it'd be a more a serious fighting game raither then the joke ones that have came out for anime show lately, like that One Piece game and the Naruto game. Both had a really cheesy fighting scheme. It sounds cool tho, from what I read.

they better make the game right (gameplay wise) cause all anime games suck they just dont work into it enough to make anime games good like:

- Orphen (omg this game sucks balls (graphics, gameplay, lip synch with voices))
- Naruto: Clash of Ninja (was ok but need more characters, moves and more smooth movement)
- Fullmetal Alchemist: Curse of The Crimson Elixer (needs better gameplay and smooth movement)

where I am its already out I heard its a really good game but I havent played it yet.

I personally liked the Orphen game a lot and thought the gamplay was exellent and fun to play...And I thought the Naruto game was one of the worse I had ever played and was a slap in the face to the show...The Fullmetal Alchemist game was average at best. But different strokes for different folkes. I saw a review of this game on X-Play and you fight with Jin and Mugen who each have two fighting styles which are soundtracks that you pick and you can mix them together to make a new style. I don't know much else about it.
