The reason I wear Vans is because I rode BMX for 9 years so I had to have as much of the shoe surface as possible in contact with the pedals. Plus I personally like the look of suede a lot better than vinyl.

Well, my vans are my favorite shoes. For one they're easy to put on (I hate shoelaces), they looks cute and the make my feet look longer (big deal for me).

Chuck taylor's high tops in charcoal grey. I have high arches though so I had to add my own arch support, but they're awesome shoes. Sometimes I feel so comfortable in them I forget I'm wearing them which is pretty cool since I've always really hated trying to get comfortable in shoes.
And sometimes if I feel like breaking things, or if it's raining I'll wear combat boots.
Or if I feel like just slipping something on, my slip-on Rocket Dogs are pretty confortable (and stylish in my opinion).

Ah, the summer and the footwear (and skimpy clothes) it brings. People, mostly my family and friends, always try to convince me to wear sandals and such in the summer. They go off on why summer footwear is so great. I don't go out much in the summer and when I do, I just wear my Chucks. When I was younger I wore sandals though, but I never found them comfortable, and I always got rocks and pebbles stuck under my feet when I walked which hurt. Some of the summer footwear looks pretty impractical too. Like the flip-flops with the heels. :rolleyes:

Generally I wear sneakers, but I have a weakness for boots. The problem is, I hate platforms and cant' walk in most heels. Not to mention pointy toes are SO uncomfortable.

I lucked out a couple years ago with a pair of flat brown suede knee boots, but they're nice, so I don't wear them often.

Just today, I got a pair of black boots with laces, rounded toes, and a one-inch heel. SOOO cute! I may even wear them with my Lolita stuff (when I wear my Lolita stuff. >>).

running shoes if its crap weather, or i plan on walking for awhile. Ballet flats, if i'm just going to a friends place, or i have to go out and not want to wear socks. High heeled boots, if i'm going out or to work now that its cold out. I don't care if I'm taller than any men I might be seeing, and if I'm dating another tall girl instead, I love when they're confidant enough with themself to just say 'screw it' and wear heels anyways. I still have fond memories of a model I was seeing casually a couple years ago-- just shy of 6ft and still wore 4in heels when we went out. She looked fabulous.

No, trust me they are not that tall, plus they don't get you tired. They are just high top. Actually, they help you walk confortable, nor they aren't heavy. I like them, and I recommend them to wear them, except for summer season.

*tears* they are so..so cute. You could wear them with black leather leggings, and on top a Capsleeve Tunic white or Debra Knit Tunic. You can add a swearter(vest) with a cap. Cute Cute.:o

My local one does have almost everything that is online:confused: Depends on customers what they buy more. >.< try to look for the same store in different places. Don't get it online sometimes is not the right size, like if your size is 6, and the boots are size 6 but small. I hate when that happen too.

Hahaha trust me is cheap for good boots. Usually they cost more than $80 and up for good boots. Plus these one are in a special offer or limited of time. Right?:o

I've never worn heels though. I tried them on and walked around a bit but meh. The only time I'm willing to spend more than $30-$30 on footwear is if I'm buying combat boots or something since they last me forever. Only I can't get the combat boots I like in my size unless I order offline! For some reason the ARMY/NAVY stores around here won't order them for me either. D:<<<
