Every once in awhile I run into fan run contests, so I thought I'd post them here. Please message me if you'd like your contest posted!
Calamari's (http://www.tokyopop.com/Calamari) Fiction Music Mash-Up!
How to Enter:
1. Pick two or more songs from Calamari's List (http://www.tokyopop.com/Calamari/blog/1101176.html)
2. You can use any element of the songs, including
-lyrics
-tune
-overall feeling (though that's going to be hard)
-video (except where noted)
You can also go the boring way and just insert the song into your fiction. D:
3. Your fiction must use the elements of the song in a way that is recognizable. If Calamari can't tell which song you were using, that's bad.
4. NO SOLICITING POPS. If Calamari finds you soliciting pops in any way, shape, or form anywhere on this site, you will be instantly disqualified. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. This must be a NEW fiction that has not been posted on this site before.
6. Any story-telling format is allowed from newspaper article to haiku to short story to novel. (But shorter is better. :D)
Deadline: You may begin posting on the 12/28/07 and may continue posting until the contest ends on 1/13/08
Most POP's win!
