I was just wondering, would it ever be possible for Tokyopop to set something up that allows people to swap old versions of manga (such as the original print of the first half of the CCS series that came out in the left to right format that's still in near mint condition, and not old beat-up manga)? Or is that impossible and we would have to buy the newer releases in order to get the manga in the right to left format?

Back in the day when some of those old manga first came out and it was only available in the left to right format, I noticed that many of the translations weren't all that great, but I didn't want to pay another $60 to collect the newer versions.

And another thing, was Mixx ever a part of Tokyopop (as in, did Tokyopop spring forth from Mixx)?

Mixx changed its name to TOKYOPOP through a gradual process starting with the website.

As for the main question, I've never heard any discussion of a program like that. Sorry.

Just out of curiosity, was their any particular reason for this? Or did you guys simply decide TokyoPop sounds better (which I think it does).
